The BBCD has always welcomed sponsors for our events and through these associations, we have been able to raise thousands of euros for our selected annual charities, raise our brand, and recruit new members. Long may this continue.

The new annual sponsorship program will allow

A clear understanding of:

• the financial commitment necessary to become a club or event sponsor
• the value their sponsorship will provide to their brand or business

• Who are the sponsors?
• What commitment have they made to the club to gain sponsor status?
• What value they bring to the club and our members?

Annual Sponsorship‍

Annual sponsorship is for organisations will include the following benefits

• Logo and contact details present on the BBCD website sponsors page.
• Logo in the BBCD brochure
• Logo displayed at events as a club sponsor

Costs

To become an annual sponsor their will be two options to participate:

• Payment of a flat fee of EUR 100
• Donation of goods to the value of EUR 150 that can be raffled or auctioned at the BBCD Annual Burns Night Supper, where all the proceeds will be donated to the club’s designated charities

Event Sponsorship

• Logo prominently displayed at the event
• Logo included in the marketing materials to promote the event and on the day
• Announced at the event as a key sponsor.
• Members prices for guests and attendees at the event

Costs

• Payment of a flat fee of EUR 25
• Goods to the value of EUR 50 that can be raffled or auctioned at the BBCD Annual Burns Night Supper where all proceeds will be donated to the club’s designated charities

Benefits

• Promote your business to BBCD members and people viewing the BBCD site.
• Provide a direct backlink to each company for easy click through for further information.
• Publicity at events

What do we need?

• A logo in high resolution
• The website address of the business for the link
• A short description of the business with a maximum of 100 characters.
• Optional contact name and email address
• A completed sponsorship form
• Payment or goods in advance
