Notice is hereby formally given, that the 2026 AGM of the British Business Club Düsseldorf e.V. will be held on Thursday the 9th of April at the Leonardo Hotel City Centre, Ludwig Erhard Allee 3, Düsseldorf, DE 40227.

Arrival, registration, and welcome commencing 18:30.

• Nomination Form – Steve Proctor has kindly agreed to act as returning office this year. Any members wishing to run for a committee position should please contact him latest Friday 3rd April, including a completed nomination form.

Any members wishing to pose questions or raise AoB topics, please lodge these with our Honorary Secretary, Bronwen latest 1st April.

We ask as many members as possible to please attend – as always, we need to reach a quorum for the meeting to go ahead. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format this year, although we encourage all members to attend in person where possible. We will also be providing refreshments and time for socialising face to face after the meeting has closed. An online weblink will be available for those not able to attend in person.
